Yes, you can pay for transit with a credit or debit card in the Chicago area anywhere Ventra is accepted. You will need to authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or a passcode to tap your payment card to ride transit in Chicago.

  2. AR requires an iOS or iPadOS device with iOS 11 and an A9 processor or later.
  3. Ventra transit cards in Wallet are not accepted on Pace paratransit or Metra.
